I'm currently looking for a Chinese female roommate, preferably a local to share a common room with me at Tampines.
Price: $260/month

Good location; many amenities (e.g Mac, food court, 24/7 supermarts) it is 3 mins walking distance to Tamps mart.
Location near mrt; 10-15mins bus ride to mrt. (Many buses available)
Close to bus stops.
A single bed with new bed sheets.
No a/c.
Sharing wardrobe and a clothes rack.

Requirements:
Must see our friendly owners first, I am just your roommate.
Paying 1 time payment of deposit($260) + first month rental ($260) when you first move in. Subsequently it's $260.
